I am embarrassed to say that I have been living in Arizona for over 5 years and I have just ventured two hours away to explore Forest Lakes. Having an extra long Labor Day weekend was the perfect excuse to get out of the valley and go on a mini mountain adventure. The weather was perfect, warm temperatures during the day, dropping down to the chilly 50s at night. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
